Come together to celebrate the arrival of Summer Solstice with a vibrantly-crafted Vinyasa to Yin yoga practice to honor the season of expansion & mobility.
There will be intention setting, breath work and gentle yet fluid movement followed by supportive yin postures. A custom blend of seasonally appropriate essential oils and reiki will be included to assist in relaxation.
